Can someone post a link to the state law that talks about docks being legal to fish? I've tried to Google it with no success. There's a large marina on Guntersville that has no tresspassing and no fishing boat slip signs posted all over it. From what I've been told is that, they can post whatever they want, but they can't legally prevent me from fishing the slips. I've fished it twice now and haven't had a confrontation with anyone, but I'm sure it's coming. I want to have my documentation printed off and ready to hand them.
