I salute the unselfish act you and everyone else involved in that event offered to those kids. If you want to see a demonstration of the true meaning of "American Exceptionalism", this is one of them! Thank you!

Robbie, do you know the date of the event for the fall?
I will find out I’m definitely planning on going the guy that puts it on is Jeff Barnes and he lives in Albertville I definitely like to see a few people from here volunteer for it I think whoever does would really enjoy joy it and I know the kids would.

Same here I’m in ! Be glad to help!
The date for the Guntersville event is 10/12/2019 you can go to C.A.S.T. for kids foundation website and it will give you some more information and that’s where you can sign up as a captain or just a helper and you can also do a search to see other events close to your location I’m also planning on going to the one on Harrison Bay in Chattanooga in September. The one I went to yesterday started out with everybody meeting at 7 we got our boats launched and had a little meeting and the kids started showing up about 8:30 I was the first one out and we stayed out till 11:15 and came back and they had lunch prepared then they had a award ceremony where the kids got a plaque and few other things and the boat captains also get a plaque and t shirt and every kid gets a rod and reel and a tackle box. Not only is what you did evidence of complete selflessness on your part but I see you were also promoting Crappie.com while wearing your spring camp shirt! Maybe this fall we can have a big C.c turnout to support that worthy organization and give those kids another day they'll never forget.
Words are hard to find for such a great day out and the smile you provided Robbie. Well done!
