Wheeler Rock House 24 Dec

Went to the rock house and checked the water just to see what was going on. They were not discharging any water last night at last light and the water was way up. But, I did notice that the bank was lined with grass that I had never seen growing in there before in the spill way. Should be good for the fish to lay up in there when they move in. Anyone ever fish it before with the eel grass growing in there?

I stopped by there on my way in yesterday and noticed the same thing. There was a few guys fishing. One guy said he’d been having a little luck there. But I sure wish they’d open that gate. Lol

do you mean rockhouse landing or the pumphouse at the east end of the Decatur causeway....I fished the rockhouse hole a month ago and it was full pool almost and didn't see any grass though there was milfoil there back in the summer...…..

Talking about rock house off of Greenbrier road. Looked like eel grass to me.
