G, if I lose 5 lbs a week between now and spring camp I’ll still be over weight.
I’m doing Keto as well. Lost 6lbs so far. 20 more to go. This keto lifestyle is great so far. Feel a lot better, a lot more energy etc..
I am doing the dog food diet, I have lost 15 lbs. down to 275.
