Thread: Had to pray on this one.

Temper and patience caught up with me today. I think I came close to a heat stroke twice this week. Left me weak and grumpy no doubt. Guess I'm getting old lol. Then armed with a short fuse. I set out to get my oil changed in my ranger. Service cost me five hundred bucks. Guess I shoulda ask price up front. Left there took my boat to gas it up and a guy blocked the pump for twenty minutes. He pulled up cut me off then set in his truck for five minutes then got out pumped his fuel. Got back in his truck set there five more minutes then got back out out and went in store ten more minutes. Lol. By this time somebody else cut me off coming in behind him. So I swing all around station to other side of station to get cut off again. Long story short it took 40 minutes to get fuel. Then after that was settled I went to pickup nautique with motor issues needless to say it went two g over budget. Just a long day. But the jest of it I was very snippy with everybody I dealt with today. Woke up with a heavy heart. So if I snapped at you today I apologize. But i feel much better after my prayer time. So y'all have a good day.

That prayer closest sure does come in handy. Happy your in better spirits

It happens all the time. Prayer is always needed!

I know about them days! Seems like I have them more often when it's hot to. The older I get the easier it it to keep the hulk from coming out.

Believe you found the right answer to the problem Lee. God wouldn't give it to you if He knew you couldn't handle it. Remember, it's a choice.

$500 for an oil change in a boat? Wow! I think I'll just stick to using trolling motor. Just remember, it could be worse. Try to stay positive.
