Default Was needing to feel the thump

Went to a buddies pond that’s got some monster bass and a decent amount of crappie. Last year all the crappie was 6-8 inches today I caught atleast 25 that was 9-10 inches.

Yeah I told my friend we need to start keeping some out of it and need to also move some to the other ponds on his property before they end up stunted and won’t grow.

The 5+ pound bass In that pond sure do like the crappie too lol. I’m willing to bet there is a 10+ in there. I’ve caught a 7.08 out of there before.

Sounds like fun. You are correct to keep them but most don't know the bass are the Same way. I got a friend that has pond management and they told him to keep 150lbs of bass a year.

I caught 5 today all over 4lbs. There use to be some big catfish in there but don’t ever see them or catch them anymore.
