Years back I owned some rental houses....I learned my lesson....it cost me more to fix what they tore up than what I made off the rent. And if you ever have to legally evict....it takes several months and you lose that rent too. No more....I sold them.

It's a headache G. No doubt. My fishing buddies are welcome. But the family gatherings and drunks are over.

True chuckster . Now moving right along. We are drawing near to camp. Two months out to fun times. The fish should be on fire. They are biting some on north end but I have little desire or time to fish in this heat. It's go time for us. Mid sept it will start cooling off as the bite picks up.
Will get up up with Dave, if he can't go will drive over and offer a boat seat if needed!
Counting down the days till football season then camp. Both are just around the corner. Really
Yes Sir, looks like slabprower and myself are coming down Saturday for the festivities and fishing. I may come one other day we'll just have to see. I can't wait for the cooler weather and football.
