What an excellent, fun catch. Thanks for sharing. And, congrats on some big ones!

I've looked at the picture of that 38 lb fish about 50 times. LOL

It's by far the biggest stripe I've caught. Probably caught 50 or more between 10 and 15lbs and a couple over 20 but none of them compare to the hard head shakes and long runs pulling drag like that one did.

I'm gonna do my best to find some and take my son to catch them. He'd flip out.

I caught a 10 lb Hybrid below Guntersville Dam years ago. That was one heck of a fight in the fast water below the turbines.
