Decatur/Wheeler next week
I'm coming down to Decatur from Knoxville next week for work, and was thinking about bringing my boat with me. I'll be down early Sunday and have all day to fish, and a couple of afternoons I'll be able to get out for a few hours.
Was hoping to get a few pointers about where to look for some crappie on Wheeler.
I'm also really into catfishing, if the crappie aren't cooperating, I might try that instead. Does anybody know where to get some shad down there? There is a bait shop here at home that sells live gizzards and skipjack.

Yea the river is already pretty muddy once this rain gets through it will be sho nuff a mess.
