So went tonight and thousands of shad on the bank and floating around in the river..... some were alive some weren’t..... very large groups frozen together.... if anyone goes tomorrow and water flow isn’t great i highly recommend using a Bobby garland or another type of jig! I have also talked to about 15-20 people this past week and nobody and i mean NOBODY is catching anything! If someone gets in them be a good fellar and let everyone know some brief details!!!
