well had a few ask about my setup for my trees so here they are. I fell one side of the block around half and have the 14/2 wire I’ve separated wrapped and tied. drill 1/4” hole with a paddle bit through the base. Just wrap back on itself. With bucket / I-bolt same thing ,I use 1/2 bit and the 14/2 as one due to 4-5 trees at one time.

Those look good James!
Thank you for sharing! I like the idea of drilling holes through the trees and connecting a bunch to a bucket full of cement.
I may try this with some hardwood and small trees i have cut down. Looks a lot a easier than mounting a tree vertical in the bucket, but i guess you don't get the height you would get from sinking the trees vertically.
I bought some rebar i'm going to use with the buckets i try to sink trees vertically with - the last few i sunk flipped over!
never had any luck with pine. a buddy put some cedars out 7-8 years ago and i catch fish on them every year. ill add some in a couple of weeks.
