Spring camp Weiss lake. Head count March 30

I am on spring break the week before camp. I will be fishing every day. I will be happy to show guys around if you need me. I sure crappieflopper and some of the other Weiss guys will be glad to help you.

I live here and will help you but need to know a few things. When are you planning on coming? How much do you Know about the lake. Off hand I would recommend Weiss lake lodge in Centre. It is easy to find and centrally located and close to eating places and boat launches. Little River Marina is another good choice. It is a little off the beaten path but Bill is good people and has clean rooms, a boat launch, covered slips and a store that has a snack bar that serves breakfast and sandwiches, burgers and such. You will have to go to centre or cedar bluff for evening meals. Cowancreek has posted on here he has cabins to rent. Don't know him but assume these cabins are on Cowan creek and like little river it is a little off the beaten path. They have a store with an excellent breakfast and the fishing hole restaurant is next door and is outstanding. Let me know if I can help

I plan on coming Friday night and leaving Sunday. I do a lot of work for Cherokee Electric and know a little about Centre. Any advice on the lake you can give me would be appreciated. I have been there once with a friend and we did not get far from the ramp. Fished near a bridge and didn’t have any luck.

Most everyone is staying at Cowan Creek Resort. All of the functions will be there. And must of the socializing will take place there. You can come to the store at Cowan Creek Resort Friday and Saturday morning from 6:00am until 7:00 or so and us guys from camp will be glad to help you or anyone else out with where to fish.
