Thread: Went out today, not great not bad

After last weeks trip of two crappie and tons of bass I got the crappie bug so I had to go today, freezing or not. Wasn’t to bad once the sun came up. Started at a little past six and fished until 11:45. Long lined, water temp was 40 got up to 42. Caught most in 16 to 20 feet of water. Ended up keeping 9 bass and 8 nice crappie. All but one crappie was 12 to 13 inches. Black and chartreuse jig and orange jig head. Ended up being a really enjoyable morning. [ATTACH=CONFIG]286016
