    Default Esp powerlite rod

Was going through some of my dads old fishing stuff and found a few esp powerlite rods. Anyone have any experience with them? They seem pretty decent, just not sure about the slip rings for the reel... he had them taped up pretty good to hold though.

Yep....thats called a Tennessee handle.....the idea is you can position your reel on the rod to better balance your rod and reel. Yep again we always taped them with black electrical tape.

Will do thanks Lowe175. They seem pretty decent. Very light rods. I mainly cast and I'm stuck on my rods now and I have one that's a favorite over all of them it's a older quantum rod and older fuego reel. Still the lightest most sensitive set up I have.
