Well it was the same today, lousy. I caught enough shorts to fill a five gallon bucket, but only managed 11 keepers. Had several nice fish come off this afternoon, would get them up to see the hook just barely in their lip then they would wave bye bye and down they go. I know I lost 12-15 nice fish this afternoon on the same dock. It’s bad when they will not inhale my hand ties. My buddies hit it hard and only found 4 keepers. All I can do is set an alarm and give it a whirl in the morning. Didn’t get to down rig this morning the fog was so bad out here and could hear the green carp boats running out in it, no way was I going to get out along the channel when I couldn’t see fifty feet with them running in that fog. CRAZY.

Fog and gunner boats scare me. I idle close to shore. They run wide open by gps.
10-4 on being safe in the fog. It scares me just to think about that. I think there should be a law about the speed they run in fog.
