I watched a guy bank fishing under a bridge catch several nice keepers and a bunch of short fish that he culled. Ha had 3 or 4 that were about 16" and about 10 that were legal and went in his bucket. I fished in his spot with him for a few minutes and caught a dang drum. It was a good rod bending fight so it was fun. Then the water stopped and so did his crappie bite and we both left.
I was mostly running my boat out and now I know it needs new plugs. Also tried out the new Millennium seats. I like them but they are so much different that there'll be some getting used to. Most notably, they're taller off the deck than my old seats. I'm short and reaching the foot control is different for sure.

This time of year it's not easy. You can have a good trip one day and the next 5 trips get skunked

They do make seat poles in shorter lengths. I think standard is 13 inch, but I bought a 11 inch one for my wife.

Wiley, you might try this to make seat a little more comfortable. Loosen front 2 mounting bolts, remove back bolts, install about 1/2 in of washers or something for spacer in back 2 bolts. Then tighten everything back up. They sit a little high in the front which made mine very uncomfortable for me. Getting it tilted forward made a world of difference to me.
Cray, that's good to know and I'll sure give it a try.
I have already removed the spring that's on spindle of the seat base and that helped a lot.
Seat bases have a slight tilt made into them. I mounted my seat backwards on mine and it helped get mine more comfortable.
