    Default 6/3 report

Whent fishing this evening caught 25 to 30 crappie on docks. Wasted a few hours on green carp only caught a couple. Did catch a small flathead on a crappie rod that was fun. My partner caught a crappie on a pop R to thats the first time I've seen that. We didn't keep anything today. It was nice just to be on the water today.

    Great report, thanks for sharing.

I'm usually not big on eating catfish, but would love to have several small flathead for the grease.

One of the biggest crappie I've ever caught was while bass fishing. But I've never seen one hit a topwater lure like that. Cool.

Nice catch and pics! WTG. That flathead would taste mighty fine.

Get with me next May and I will teach you how to catch them below dams. They stack up under Neely Henry and Logan Martin in late April early May. If they run 3 turbine' s I can catch a lot at Neely Henry.

Bob the willow flys had hatched and I think that's why it hit the top water. It was under a street light on a dock only a few feet away from the water.
