Default Cedar Creek Lake N. AL

Got out with stump to try some standing timber jigging before the wind got up. We hit the usual points and nothing but one small fish and a couple of striped bass to show for the effort. Fish didn't seem to be interested in our offerings. So we hit a few docks and found a couple of nice fish, but it wasn't knocking it out of the park. Water temp was 75 at first light and about 12-18" of clarity, water had a little bit of stain to it. Wind was okay but by 0930 it was whipping so we called it a day since nothing was really killing it. A few shorts and a couple of keepers was all we had to show for the morning. Was good to get out and give it a try.

Glad you got out Bob, great report as always.

I stayed home today, not sure if there's any clear water in Northern Alabama after last night.
