I've never launched at it, but to my understanding it would be at the very south end of the lake. Primitive launch. You should be able to see it on Google Maps.

Does anyone on here know where the boat ramp is or is there one.

There is a county road off of highway 278 which has signs leading to Hidden Lake subdivision. Just take that road from 278 and you will see the "launch".
It's been a while since I have been there but it can be tricky place if you launch anything on a trailer. Where you back in there is a small hole that is usually a couple feet deep which does allow you to get the boat off but then have to go through water that is merely inches deep for 30 yards or so before you get to a point where you can use a trolling motor.
I'm assuming you use a kayak so you should be good to go though. There are lots of dink crappie in there but some decent sized ones of other species. The lake is technically private and so small that there is no size limit so you should be able to keep whatever ones you want to if you wish.
Scout, is this a public launch? You said the lake is technically private, do you need permission to fish it?
Thanks, Flintcreek.

I'd like some info too.this is close to my girlfriends house and she gets off at 7 in the morning.i could go and do some fishing while she sleeps if it's any good and public.
That is County Road 728, pictures posted on the North Alabama Kayak Anglers Facebook page show the ramp as being pretty primitive I don't believe I would try launching bigger than a flatbottom.
The word is that Forrest Ingram built the lake solely as a water source for his chicken processing facility. He apparently had no other interest in it for personal use. Someone once told me that he illegally dammed up a tributary to the Duck River to create it and therefore didn't dispute the public using it. No idea if true or not though.
I haven't been in a few years but I would imagine if it is private and someone really cared they would put up a sign at the launch or a barricade. I have never heard of anyone getting in trouble for going there. My best guess is that it is in fact private but open to the public. They don't put any effort into maintaining a launch or collecting fees to cover such expenses so therefore it doesn't have any official info available as most private, pay to fish lakes do.
