Guys is the fishing any good at the end of December was going to try to come doen to do some fishing got a week off work I'm from Ohio so our season has ended.i stay at bay spring is that a good area or should I stay and fish another area of the lake.thanks for any help or input you can give me.

I would stay at Weiss lake lodge or little river marina if I were you. Much nicer rooms. Fishing should be good if weather is cooperative. Recent rains should bring the lake level up a little. It has been dangerously low as of late.

The last I heard the fish were still stacked up out on the river channels with a few still under docks in deeper water. Let us know how you do when you go.
