Default Anyone been fishing Logan Martin

Going crappie fishing for first time since April, was wondering what water conditions are like. Temp, color, etc.. Anyone launching from town and country (water still deep enough to launch there). Anyone long lining?

Going out Tuesday will let you know how it goes.

    Thanks

usafret99, I don't know of anyone who long lines on Neely Henry this time of year. As you know I spider rig most of the time. I only long line in the spring for a few weeks. Have a couple of friends who have fished Logan Martin one of them lives only 5 min. from the lake and he is not catching any crappie over there right now at all. He actually fished Neely Henry last week and did pretty good. The other friend fished Logan Martin last week one day shooting docks and caught nothing but caught a few jigging tree tops. Don't know about the launch but it is usually pretty hard to launch there when the water is this low. Please be safe and give us a report if you get to go.

Been catching some nice size shooting the docks, but numbers are kinda low.
The last few days we have been catching 5-15 crappie on each outing. Usually 10"-15" size.
Looking for docks with 10-20 feet of water and structure like trees under or in front of them.
Shooting 1/32 or 1/16 with Monkey Milk.

Water temp about 62 degrees on Sunday.

Also, I live on the lake and it is 6' below summer full pool.
i launch at Clear Creek, my dock is now dry, and they gave good water there.
