Neely Henry Open Crappie Tournament
There will be a crappie tournament held on Neely Henry Lake on June 9th. from 6:00 AM till 12:00 noon. This tournament is open to anyone who would like to come join us. You may sign up that morning at Rainbow Landing between 5:00 and 5:30. Tournament director will be Gary Kendrick. Coosa River Crappie Club rules will be used. Everyone welcome to come join the fun. Coach it is $50.00 but I am sorry to let you know it has already taken place. We had 6 boats and the winners had over 10 lbs. for 7 crappie weighed in and they also had big fish with a 1.76 lb. crappie. We will start holding tournaments again with the Coosa River Crappie Club on Sept. 24 th at Neely Henry. The entry fee for those club tournaments are also $50.00. We would like to have you join us if you want to.
