Weiss lake 4/20 fishing report

Real mixed bag this morning with lots of baby stripe under docks with shad everywhere. Had help this morning we caught 25 crappie with 3 keepers. I only caught 10 crappie we caught 4 bass largest 2 lb. and lots of small stripe. Back at it this evening

Wonder if the shad spawn is in full swing?

The afternoon fishing was a dud. 3 small crappie was it. Heading to the top of the river restaurant to get catfish. Maybe it will be better tomorrow
