    Default Logan Martin Report 4/20/16

Spent some quality time with my Dad on the water this afternoon. Shot docks in the Rabbit Branch area but only found a few scattered crappie. Moved over to Clear Creek and fished brush tops in the 14-16' range. Wound up catching around 12 crappie total and of the 12 only four were keepers. Good enough for his lunch tomorrow. Time spent was worth it all. Obviously the crappie have not moved back under docks yet or at least not the 20+ we shot. Water temp was 68-70 degrees from 4:00 PM til we left closing in on 7:00

Well you know the old saying a bad day fishing beets a good day at work. Glad you got to go with your dad. My dad can't go anymore he's in bad shape now. I would love to go hunting or fishing with him one more time.

Dad is 86 but in relatively good shape, but at that age everyday is a blessing and I am doing my best to get as many of those in as possible

It's a blessing to still have your Dad
