Spring camp?

The fish at Weiss are slap full of eggs, if we have a couple of weeks of warm weather they will be close. the water is 46 degrees right now. if it is 60 to 65 degrees the next couple of weeks we could have a early spawn. Everyone that I have talked to thinks that is what happened last year. up there last year. That being said Neeley Henry would be my bet, and there are a few places to camp. River Country right next to the 759 bridge and a bunch of motels and hotels that are fishermen friendly. Also lots of places down around Southside also Beaver creek.

I'm about 30 minutes away from Henry. It is good in April to. Never been to any of the campgrounds tho.

Would like to see it on GSV also.

I vote for G'ville. Fall Camp was nice at Jackson Co Park. Weiss would be fun, but where to camp &/or stay? Not too far a drive from Grant Mountain, but I think the Big G is getting better for crappie than it has been in 4 -5 years. And, it's plenty big enough to accommodate.
Any comment / suggestions?
We can always do one on my private 800 acre that has been under fished for the 6 years since I privatized it. It's kinda like Lake Washington @ Glen Allen, MS.

I really don't know any good campgrounds on Weiss. Nothing like Jackson co park. Another thing about Weiss is in March and April there will be nobody in Ky. Ill or Ohio because they we be here. Guntersville will be much less crowded as far as crappie fisherman are concerned. There will be a lot of green carp guys but they dont bother me. Ive never been to Martin but heard a lot of good things about it. I just hope camp falls during my spring break so I can fish a few days with you guys. Thats why I voted for last week of March

Private? 800 Acre's ? Under Fished? 6 Year's?............Smell's Fishy I'm in all i need are GPS Coordinate's or Direction's and a date. Oh yeah Ya'LL Heads UP Easter is the last Sunday in March this Year. The 13th Daylight Saving time starts and the 20th is the 1st day of Spring and Palm Sunday.

Well come on over! Only problem it's 250 miles west. Only 32 miles to Sardis tho.

Fellows It's going to be summertime before long let's decide on where spring camp going to be.so the ones that can and will come can make plans.:dono

Aight guys we are having a tournament and a mini camp at wind creek state park from March 17-19 on lake Martin. You guys don't think I'm taking over or stilling your thunder. It just makes since to incorporate these together. I'll still try to help any efforts on a north Alabama lake at a different date also this spring.
