Well I'm off till the 4th of January after today. Rains have got my area's messed up (Limestone and Cotaco). Any suggestions within an hour or so of Hartselle.
I'm going to Smith Saturday, hope to get enough of a break to try Catoma early next week.
I got to find a fishing hole before my wife finds me a project.

If I was in your shoes I would head to Guntersvile and fish the bridge pylons of Hwy69 or ride to Weiss. But I am kinda new to cold weather fishin if you call it cold weather this year so dont bet the bank on me. By the way I wish I was in your shoes. Good Luck with fishing or catching or painting.
We got over 4" in the last 2 days, but I am watching the Go Daddy Bowl which is in Mobile, Al. and they are issuing Snorklels to the players. It is coming down in buckets down there. Wow!

The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along
Did you move jack?
I live in Hartselle and can just fish from my front Yard! No need to go to the river or Flint Creek. Its a quaqmire mess. UGH!!!! Ive never had any luck fishing after it rains. Might as well fish like this!
