We fished from 8:30 until 1:00 at the community hole. They bit real hard for about the first 30 minutes and I put 10 in the boat real quick. Then things slowed down. We caught a total of 30 with 22 pretty good keepers. The water is a little high but nice color. They pulled a little current later in the morning but I really could not tell that it helped. I talked to a friend who was still catching some on up in the day but was catching them real deep. The best colors for me was Watermelon wine and blue ice.

What else can I tell you? It was a beautiful day to be on the water.
