    Default Wheeler lake

Has anybody fished the flats behind the boat harbor or in the y. Planning on going in the morning, curious if anybody was catching any around there?

Yea, conversation last night had me concerned. After pulling it up Im not too worried. We don't ever really know what we are eating anyway. I don't eat them even once a month.

I like to eat em, but love catching them. I like going to guntersville but sometimes I like fishing closer to the house.

3M is being sued for polluting the river downstream from Decatur. Some other Company too......Catfish and Bass are supposed to contain higher than normal levels of some chemical I forget the name of.....

Thanks for the reply, It is great to hear the tva is stocking fish in wheeler. With wheeler the main flood control (pulling the lake for spring rains) I have always believed that the spawn from year to year could be affected by high and low water at the wrong time. Do you know what they are stocking?

They are electro fishing or "shocking" to count fish per acre.....
