Black warrior question
I live in Northport and have always fished the Tombigbee down around Forkland. I would like to find some good crappie areas closer to home. Ive never had much luck on Lake Tuscaloosa so I want to try the Warrior north of Oliver dam. I tried south of Oliver a decent number of times but never found mich structure (or crappies!). Does anyone have any info about the areas Im interested in? Please include the name/location of safe and secure ramps to launch from. Ive heard that some of the more secluded ramps up the Warrior are prone to criminals messing with your truck while you are out fishing.
Thanks for any help!

I was hoping someone more knowledgeable than me would chime in. I have caught crappie fishing below the Oliver dam from the bank. I'm confident you could catch em there from a boat in the fall, or now at night. I know you can put in at the ramp in Fosters, I imagine there would be a few crappie around the two bridges' pilings. Other than that, I got nothin. I have done better on Lake Demopolis than most places I fish.
