Kayak Trip Report, White Springs

I fished White Springs from 6:30AM till about 1:00PM with a single pole on stick ups and lily pad edges . The best bait was the Hot Skirt jig in white. I kept half a limit, returning 20 or so for another day. The water was 78 degrees at daylight.

Them crappies follow you every where you fish..............for sure. Love 'em lily pads too.

I just got back from your part of the country yesterday, I spent last week in Texas visiting my parents. I didn't fish, but it would have been a challenge if I'd tried. There seemed to be water everywhere!
