If there's 18 inches of water year round, then there's catchable fish.

Are you sure there are fish in there. I fished from 6:30 till 2 and only caught 1 bass 1 drum and a gar. the water was up and every bush in there had water around it, so that may have had something to do with it. hope you do better today Ditch. fished all way back to the railroad tracks. jigs spinner bait worms beetle spins and they would o hit anything. will ps a report with some pic. good luck everyone
