To Weiss or Not!

Like a lot of other folks I'm scheduled to head to Weiss Mar 25 for annual week fishing trip. But it'll be the only trip I get to take this year. Weather has me pretty bummed and wondering if I'll waste my only opportunity of the year. I'm strongly considering delaying it a week or two. Some of you are familiar with normal water temps,etc for Weiss, do you think the lake will warm in 3 weeks to be worth me investing my time and money? I mean folks this is all I get and I'm nervous, should I be?

They are are limiting out in 3 hours now and it will only get better. I say go for it. Looking at long term forecast next week should start the spring movement.

I fish weiss nearly every weekend come on down it will start picking up from now until may..

I fished today on weiss in what looked like either a boat parking lot or a on the lake sale. That being said we limited out at 230 pm after starting at 9. Should have been there earlier as the bite got tough after 1145am. Good quality 3/4 - 1lb average. There was never a dull moment with that many boats but everyone who was fishing showed great sportsmanship. A great day to be on the water. The trolling bite is starting to cut on.
