That's one of those multi piece low volume water pumps.

On plus side it doesn't look like it disintegrated and plugged up the water jacket.

Yeah I had just replaced it in the spring. Somehow it froze up yesterday morning I guess and sheered it when I started it up getting it off the trailer. I drain it and let it sit all the way down this time of year so something just froze just right. My dad and I used to wrap the motors in electric blankets on the nights of tournaments this time of year so I guess I'll get a cheep blanket. 35 bucks for a whole pump kit ain't bad
This is on a Suzuki df60a.

it can be decieving sometimes. i wasnt peeing on my Yamaha 9.9. it was 8 or 9 years old and never been replaced so i pulled it out and it didnt look that bad only two of the blades slightly bent. i was worried it was something else wrong but a new one fixed it right up. then my 60 yamaha was in the shop for another problem and i just bought it and knew it had never had any service done to it, hell it was barely used but 10 years old it had been peeing fine. My mechanic told me he had no idea how it was cooling he never saw one that bad. i guess that is why they suggest replacing them every two years.
