Welcome to the best fishing sight on the net. I have never fished Millers Ferry but have been trying to get down there and give it a try. Have heard lots of good things about it for years. An old guy I used to work with said they used to catch crappie down there as long as his arm, he was bad to stretch the truth some times. Want to go this spring for a couple of days if I can work it out.

Welcome to the site! Usually fish Mitchell and martin,,,not really all that far down there,,just haven't been
I fish there once a month, or atleast I try. I am in the guard and drill there in Camden. Usually during the summer months though cause that's about the only time there is enough daylight left after last formation
Welcome aboard!!
I have fished it for several years and caught some very good Crappie. Not much accommodations in the area.
You got that right!! It's a place to lay your head and that's about it
I haven't fished at Millers Ferry either but wanting to go up the 1st of April. We have driven up several times to just look around and found that the state park has some cabins that are next to the water with short docks at most of them. It is Roland Cooper State Park it is on their web site. The rates aren't that bad. I am looking for a map of the lake check with bass pro shop and they do not sell any lake maps at their Spanish Fort store.
All of us that have not fish at Millers Ferry just needs for the locals to put up a big "X" on the water where the fish are. In red if possible.
Have A Good day and God Bless each of You!!!
