    Default LIMESTONE BAY 12-20

Fished Saturday with my friend Will and from 8:30 till 4;30 caught 40 crappie and kept 35. lots of nice slabs to be had fishing 5-8 ft of water with jigs hanging 3-4 ft below a cork. best color was a chartreause head with a red and white tube. At midday we ventured back into the skinny water of limestone creek looking for bass but the water was so low that we could see every feature of the bottom and the fish were so spooky that we called it a wasted effort and returned to the crappie fields after 2 hours.

That's an awesome day in Limestone. I figured that sun yesterday would put them on. Congrats on a great day!
