Honeycomb Creek 11-14

fished the Honycomb creek bidge from 11:30 am till 1 PM and caught 18 keepers before my hands froze up. fish were biting when I left. lots of dinky stripes to deal with.......

Nice catch Boss. I fished Scotsboro the 14 caught 12 nice ones on blue thunder and a black hair jig with a green head.The wind was brutal but the hands were the issue lol.

Looks like you did good were you under the bridge or fishing the corner jigs or minnors? The day I was there they were pulling so much water you could throw at the bridge and be at the corner before you move your reel handle.

under the bridge. I never catch them when the current is hard. some days they barely move the water and that's the day to be there. The current typically changes directons every few mins with a couple of mins of slack current between switches. you can usually catch a couple during slack periods, or you can throw a heavier jig that will get down to them.....
