    Default Guntersville Thursday report

Fished in Scottsboro from the bank, had a lantern above the water and a green led light in the water. Kept 8 from 10 to 13 inches culled 20 under 10. Minnows produced better than jigs. Not a bad night but I have seen better ones.

Forgot to add a depth. 3 to 5 feed. They were feeding on shad about an 1-1/4 to 1-1/2" long.

Thanks for the info. Putting the boat in late Saturday afternoon (yeah, I know it's football season) and plan on staying out as long as it's good. Using a green led light off the boat also. You think your light made a large difference?

I have a large one I made, very bright. Maybe too bright for where I was at when I used it in the past. I bought a 36 led light that I used last night. I caught fish around the light so it was doing its job.

Cleaned some fish yesterday and they were stuffed full of 2 1/2 - 3" shad. We did not need a light where we were at. The bait was so thick anyway without a light.
