There always seems to be people crappie fishing under the bridge at town creek. That is just past the state park coming from downtown Guntersville. It is real close to the boat ramp there. I usually work the bridge at Goose Pond.

Leave it to a newbie to forget to post how my fishing trip went.. Well it went bad. Weather wasn't good between rain and high winds. I did fish town creek. Even the bridge, but it seemed like minnows were the way to go. Couldn't get a bite on any jig color I put in the water. Heading to Louisiana tomorrow to fish Lake Darbonne with my dad BamaFan and a lot of other crappie.com members. Should be a good time, hopefully I can win the big fish pot :) I'll be back to keep trying here. Good luck to everyone going fishing this weekend!
I like that bridge also, got to get there early to get a spot sometimes tho!!
