I fished the sloughs on the south end of Limestone Baythis morning from 6:30AM till around 10:30AM. It took a while to locate thefish, but they were there and shallow as usual. Best bait was a 1/16oz jig headwith a Bobby Garland baby shad in Chartreuse, spider rigging 6 poles in two tothree feet of water. Kept 15 before the weather chased me off, several in the14 inch range. Photo’s later when I clean them.
I don't see your pic. It did that to me too 2or 3 days ago
Ditch,,on the bps tinsel marabou,,,What size and color heads?
I generally use 1/16oz in White or Chartreuse.
I start with White if the water is clear, Chartreuse if muddy. These are my go to baits 90% of the time.
Thanks
