Some days it's not about the fish. It's about enjoying the day and fellowship

I'm not familiar with lake Martin and it's contours. If you could find some deep channels like 20 to 25 feet with some brush or other cover I would try that . I fished our tournament today and couldn't find a fish under 23 feet. Didn't catch a fish till 9:30. That's when I went to spider rigging deep brush. Ended up with 9 fish total. No bigun's but a couple decent fish. This was on Bankhead Lake.

There is no pattern to these fish that I can find. The only people I can find that are catching right now is going in the middle of the night.
