    Default Night Fishing on Wheeler

I never see any boats in the parking lot anywhere on Wheeler at night. I know somebody out there night fishes for crappie. We've got a camping trip to Lake Martin this weekend and plan to fish Friday and Saturday nights from 8PM to around 2AM. Every summer we go at least 2-3 times and will catch anywhere from 50-100 with usually around 20-30 keepers each trip. Lots of small fish but busy the entire time. I would however like to do this type of fishing closer to home as I live in Madison but have never had any luck the times I've tried. Can anybody give me any tips on how to do this at night on Wheeler?

North part of the lake. Can't even think of the name of the creek.

I gonna to Sardis this week to learn to pull cranks. Then I'm gonna go north on Martin to try them the following week around Elkahactchee probably. Good luck to you and you're buddies while you are here.
