    Default Trolling motor

Getting ready to buy new trolling motor. Probably a terrova. I like to troll for crappie. Would you get 24 or 36 volt?

It all depends on the size of the boat. I have a 80 on a G3 176 and it will pull it about 3 mph a 101 would be too big.

^^^^^^ What he said, if you plan to pull crankbaits. If not, 80# will be fine.

i have terrova 80# 24v on Lowe St195. Thought it pulled great. 36v = 3 batteries + 1 motor battery. Do you have the room?

That 619 is gonna draft a lot lower than the Lowe, Callshy hit the nail on the head, if you aren't gonna pull cranks the 80 will do, but if you even think you may pull cranks then the 112 is the way to go. Mine will go better than 9 hours day after day if I choose to do that, we covered 14 or so miles dragging cranks one day last week and was still going strong.
