Heard they were in the grass,,well there really aint no grass,,paddled 40 min to where there used to be some grass,,,had spider poles stowed, outa the way,3rd drop with mariobu roadrunner,,got a lil keeper,,all ritee,,,got hung ever 3rd drop on the stalkey crud,,,after breaking off 3 times paddled back into mild headwind for 20 minutes,,deployed the 4 spider rigs,,,12 ft deep in 25 fow,,,,2 minutes,,12 inch fish,,,alritee I thought,,so much for thinking ,,only hit,,,so sunburned from first shorts in yak trip,,,I quit at 12 and rolled home,,water color was awful,,,muddy,logs leaf patches floating in main run,,tight lines

Haha, yeah my legs and feet have gotten pretty red lately in the yak, i've just been wearing shorts with no shoes or socks. At least you found a few fish
