Guntersville 4/12

Went to Honeycomb on Saturday, left the dock by the marina and found a school out by the no wake markers and caught one right off the get go. The wind picked up so I headed out to the main river and went across and fished one of the sloughs near the dam. Caught four more on some laydowns on minnows or jigs, color didn't seem to matter. Had a trio of lurkers in their boat cruise by then literally slam on the brakes when they saw me catch one and literally shadowed me for a while before moving one. Ended up calling it a day when the damn jet skis and ski boats started moving up into the sloughs to hang out. That gets irritating fast.

Took three fish home, two had eggs still, and the other was a male starting to turn dark.
