What jig head to buy?

Litewirehooker makes some good jig heads but there is no way I would go with the litewire hooks for long line trolling. Get them in the #2 sickle hook. They WILL straighten out when trying to get bigger fish in longline trolling. I can't speak to casting but they would probably work better for this.

I would only go with the #2 sickle hooks!! The bigger hook is much better for long lining. I even pour that in my 1/32 jig head and as a result get a 1/24 oz jig head because of the bigger hook!

Good report, now I don't have to drill out the 1/32 for a 1/24

I don't do any long line trolling yet so I should be set for a while with the Litewire hooks.

I pour all of mine 1\16 1\24 1\32 1\8 the 1\24 and 1\32 I use #2 Sickle hooks. 1\16 and 1\8 I use 1\0 I am with callshy they work well long lining.
