Boat upholstery work - NE Alabama - Please advise

Does anyone know of someone thats good at upholstery work in NE alabama or maybe even chattanooga area? I have a bass tracker that need some work. Please advise.

Oh what an interesting subject! I just sold an '05 Bass Tracker and the seats were ALL shot. The vinyl was fine, but all the stitching had rotted and ..it was just GONE> I tood it to 3 different places and they all told me the same thing...BUY NEW SEATS. The labor (and materials if yours need it, mine didn't) was 3 or 4 times the cost of new seats. You can buy the Bass Pro Shop seats (Bass Tracker) that match, or some very high quality seats of the same size and color for around $100 a seat and that my friend is CHEAP compared to what a ship will charge you to repair yours. I know ...sounds crazy that you are providing the seat frame, cushion etc, but it is still a LOT cheaper to buy new ones than to have the old ones repaired. Good luck with it!
