Crappie club
Gentlemen, a couple friends and I are interested in trying to establish a crappie club on Bankhead lake. Let me sum it up for you in a nutshell. We want to fish Bankhead lake exclusively and launch at lost creek. Hold a monthly tournament with low entry fees as to be family friendly. We're not looking to make a dime, just have a get together and have a little fun. We will have to have a club membership fee to pay for scales and the things we need to get started. I'm hoping to get at least 20 people to sign up. Bump, Come on Ya'll. I can't believe there is no interest in getting this club rolling here locally. The purpose of fishing Bankhead is to keep from spending a small fortune buying gas to go to north or west Alabama. So if your putting it off and planning to contact me later, go ahead and do it now while your online. Yes we would launch at G's. Ddkoontz24, Lost creek is in Parrish on Tutwiler road. Follow hwy 269 from Parrish to the Chevron and turn next to it. Go about 200 yards and take a right on Tutwiler road toward Mulberry fork wild life management area. Go about 3 miles and as you start down a long hill look for the sign on the right near the bottom. It's on Ellis Sanford road I believe.

Sounds good, i'm looking forward to it. I'm going to see if i can talk my parents into joining as well. how much are you thinking as far as a membership fee? I have a buddy as well that I am going to talk to about joining, but he doesn't have a boat of his own.
