    Default another great day

fished logan martin from 6 to 11:30, brought home 30 crappie. long lining and most were caught in the back of a cove in 9ft of water. Today they wanted light color jigs right from the start. Initially could only catch them on monkey milk then they would only hit popcicle. was a fun morning. The biggest came from a road runner I put out under a float and threw out the back of the boat. Do that every now and again just to see if I can catch anything and I caught 5 nice ones from it today and a few bass. Usually might get maybe one doing that and a mess of bass, so I guess the big crappie were up higher in the water.

I know how you feel Paul. I fought that feeling for years. Very thankful that I am finally retired. Got Dr. report back on my wife and they say she does not need surgery at this time.
