Default any reports from Honeycomb/Guntersville area?

Looking to go tomorrow, wondering how the conditions are around the Guntersville area. I can't get on the TVA website for some reason also.

thanks! Do you know if G'ville Dam is spilling? I'm probably going to Honeycomb, not below the dam if they're spilling.

Yes Gville is spilling. They wont have a lot of gates open at 50,000 cfs but there might be a couple.

I was below Gville dam late Friday evening and they still had 3 gates open ,water a bit stained. If the out put shown on the web site is under 50000 then no gates are usually open as max turbine out put now is about 47000-48000.Course they might turn them down and with the gates open and give a lower read (grin).Only caught 2 crappie right before it got dark on minnows.

I fished Honeycomb yesterday from 3pm - 10 pm. All fish where caught from ab 730-930 pm under the bridge. People on the bank didn't seem to do too well.

I've caught a few good ones last year under the bridge. Pretty much all were keepers.
