Elk River Mills report

I fished elk river mills,big creek,sugar creek yesterday from 11:00 till 4 . Caught one very small crappie and nothing else. Even caught some shad in throw net and tried live shad, nothing. Talked to several people and no one was doing any good. Highlight of the day was seeing a big Bald Eagle just up river from elk river mills.

been thinking about trying it there. don't do elk much but heard good things about big creek the past couple years. keep me up on it please. I have not been much but had no luck this fall.

I think the problem is Ditch Basser has disappeared and took all the crappie from those places with him

There are several bald eagles where I fish and I love seeing them every time.
